Body Talk weaves together intuitive bodywork, energy work, and deep listening into a conversation with your body.

As we work together, I may receive intuitive impressions, images, or insights that offer perspective on what your body is expressing. You may also notice sensations, emotions, memories, or moments of clarity naturally arise.
Every session is unique. Some are restful, while others offer insight, emotional release, or a greater sense of connection. We simply follow what is present and move with your body's natural pace.
Why 30 Minutes?
Rather than diving in deeply, we begin by getting to know the body in a titrated way.
For those who wish to continue the conversation, extended Body Talk sessions are available after completing an initial 30-minute session, offering more space for exploration, integration, and whatever unfolds.

Restorative touch
Restorative Touch is a sensory experience that invites your body into rest & connection through gentle, intentional touch.

With minimal conversation, we slow down and allow your nervous system to settle. Through supportive touch and simple awareness of sensation, your body is invited to soften, receive, and reconnect with itself.
Each session is intentionally 30 minutes long, creating a gentle introduction to receiving care and building trust with touch, presence, and stillness.
Examples of touch include:
Gentle sweeping and gliding strokes

Light compression
Cradling the head, hands, or feet

Embodied Ritual is a space to listen, and build a deeper relationship with your body through movement and music.

Each session begins with a grounding practice before moving into lightly guided exploration through music and movement. You'll be invited to follow your body's natural impulses, notice sensations, and discover your own movement language. Throughout the session, I offer gentle prompts, facilitation, and intuitive support to help you stay connected to what is unfolding.
We close each session together with time to integrate and settle.
No dance experience is necessary. This is about learning to listen to your body and trust its wisdom, instead how you move.
